RD Rolando B. Calabazaron, CESO III was the Assistant Regional Director of DILG R-IV B (MIMAROPA) since 2003. He became the OIC-RD in 2005 upon the transfer of RD Rodolfo S. Feraren to NCR. He transferred to Region III on March 2006. And now he came back and accepted the challenge to once again lead the region. During his first round at the 4th Floor of DILG Regional Office IV-B, he lectured us with the ELEMENTS OR A VIABLE SERVICE ENTITY (5D's) 1) DEEP SENSE OF DESTINY, 2) DIAGNOSIS, 3) DESIGN, 4) DELIVER, 5) DEVELOP (GROW). Based on the 5D's, he even challeged us to maximize our talents and come up with best! | |
